We do not provide refunds for any reason.

Items bought on PRETTYMOGULBOUTIQUE.COM will gladly be accepted for return processing, of a store credit, if requested within 7 days of the shipment delivery date.

Merchandise must be in unused condition with all labels attached to the product and original packaging intact. This means unused, unaltered, undamaged, stain free, free of pet hairs and fragrance free.

All purchases of sale and clearance items are final. These items are not eligible for return for refund, exchanges, or store credit.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items to us once you have completed your return request.

Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon the delivery, and inspection, of your returned shipment, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit, excluding shipping and handling costs.

 Damages

In the event your item is damaged or defected [we're deeply sorry!] Please contact our Customer Support team at prettymogulboutique@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your purchase by providing your order number and a photo of the defective item. We will offer you an exchange for the damaged item.

 

 

FAQ 

How to return your items?

It's as easy as 1,2,3! Follow the steps below to ensure you have a successful return. 

  1. Ensure your items are refundable. We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date as long as the item Is unwashed, unworn and free of any stains or odors. Item must not be a final sale item. Other exclusions may apply.

  2. Send a refund request via email to prettymogulboutique@gmail.com. The refund request must state your order number, the item being returned, the quantity being returned, and the reason for the return.

  3. Mail the item(s) to Returns Department at Pretty Mogul Boutique: [insert address].

  4. Once we receive your return parcel, we will issue a store credit within 7-10 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your credit.

Do I have to pay for return postage? Yes. You may use a carrier of your choice to ship your items to us once you have completed your return request via email. We suggest obtaining a tracking number for your shipment as we are not held liable for lost parcels en route back to us.

How long does it take to process my store credit? Your credit will be processed within 7-10 business days of us receiving your parcel. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the parcel is processed.
